I have been getting my pizza from Lss Vegas since I was 15. It is still the best in town. Simple, great crust, nice sauce and ample toppings. One off the few places that still makes a good sausage pizza. If you are expecting a fancy place, it is not here. If you are looking for good pizza and other pizza shop favorites, this is the place to go to.

I'm ashamed that I never came here when I lived in West Chester. I used to complain that this town doesn't have good pizza. This place is hands down the best pizza here. Good ingredients, great crust, great sauce. The guys here speak Italian to each other! Go here!

Given the high regard in which this pizzeria was held by other reviewers, I might have been more disappointed, but not by much. My problems started with their web presence. No web address is listed on their Yelp page. Nor is a web address given in their listing on a local foodie website. Nor is a hit on their web page returned on the first three pages of search results from Google. I finally found their web address by calling. The problem seems to be that they are marketing themselves on the internet as "Las Vegas Pizza" without any reference to "Schiano's." Does Yelp have the wrong name? Doesn't matter to me; a business is responsible for its own online presence. This marketing issue extends to their storefront. All the big signs proclaim "Las Vegas Pizza;" only a smaller sign over the door says it is "Schiano's." The lack of care about the consistency of their marketing showed consistently in the quality of their food. I ordered two pizzas: the white and the tomato pie. Even though the drive from their store to my house is no more than 6 miles, the white pizza was lukewarm and the tomato pie stone cold when my wife arrived home with the pizza. The under-baked quality of the crust suggests that the pizza didn't spend enough time in the oven to have ever become hot. On the tomato pie, the bottom of the crust was a very light golden brown, the top edges were barely colored, and the top half of the entire pizza was gummy. Though the crust of the white pizza wasn't gummy, it had only a hint of color on the bottom and was sun-bleached white on the top edges. The toppings did nothing to save this cold pizza with crumby crust. Though the white pizza did offer a delightfully-restrained garlic flavor (and aroma), the cheese was rubbery and amount of oregano too little to offer any flavor except in rare bites. As the white pizza lost what little warmth it had, the crust became quite tough. The sauce on the tomato pie was thin-tasting and the raw garlic scattered about bitter. At the end of dinner, the impression I got was of a pizzeria which doesn't care about everything from communicating well with potential customers to serving their customers quality pizza made with care.

I am picky about my pizza. The 4 star rating is regional as this would be more of a 3 star in North Jersey (but a 5 star in south jersey;). Now don't get me wrong, I will eat almost any pizza, but I will always have an option. Many pizza joints in the area have a hard time with... pizza. Las Vegas is good solid pizza and is our go to pizza place in WC. If your looking for good NYC style pizza with the right amount of yummy grease and tasty cheese and sauce this is your best bet in West Chester!

Great tasting thin crust pizza. Various toppings for your individual taste. Well lit and clean establishment. Quick service with plenty of places to sit. Would be great for a kids pizza party.
